Privacy notice
Effective October 7, 2026
Montana CNA Institute is preparing its proposed training program. Enrollment and program approval are pending. Submitting a form expresses interest only. It is not an application and does not guarantee admission, enrollment or a class seat.
What we collect
Student pre-registration: first and last name, email, phone, city or town, preferred start timeframe, background, preferred contact method, and your consent to be contacted.
Healthcare employer inquiries: facility name and type, contact name, business email and phone, city, anticipated hiring needs and partnership interests.
General inquiries: name, email, inquiry topic and your message.
Collected automatically: the date and time of your submission and how you reached our site (for example a campaign link or referring website).
What we do not collect
Our website forms do not ask for payment information, Social Security numbers, dates of birth, medical records, health information or identity documents. Please do not include them in any message.
How we use it
- To respond to you and answer your questions.
- To share updates about the program's development, approval status and class dates.
- To invite pre-registered students to submit an official application once the program is approved and class dates are confirmed.
- To discuss workforce needs and possible partnerships with healthcare employers.
- To understand which outreach is working, using referral information only.
Who can see it
Submissions are stored in an access-restricted Google Workspace account and are available only to authorized Montana CNA Institute staff. Google provides the storage and email service. We do not sell your information or share it with others for their marketing.
How long we keep it
We keep student interest records for up to 24 months after our last contact with you unless you apply, and employer and general inquiries for up to 36 months after our last contact, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to stop contacting you, to correct your information, or to delete it. Reply to any email from us or contact us using the details below, and include the reference number from your confirmation if you have it. We'll confirm the request with the email address on file before making changes.
Students under 18
High school students are welcome to pre-register. If you are under 18, we encourage you to involve a parent or guardian.
Security
Information travels over encrypted connections, and the records are kept in an access-controlled account. No system is perfectly secure, which is why we collect only what we need.
